Strategic IT Architect for Global Consumer Engagement Platforms

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art global Consumer Engagement Platforms, Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring scalable and future-proof solutions for global operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Architect end-to-end solutions for applications, including frontend, backend, middleware, and infrastructure components, as well as data migration and integration scenarios.
  • Ensure that future country rollouts and global expansions adhere to best practices and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Manage the decommissioning of legacy applications.

The ideal candidate will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommend innovations to drive future growth, and drive cloud computing strategies (preferably on AWS). Strong communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Media, IT, Data Science, and external vendors.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6+ years of previous experience in IT architecture roles, focusing on Consumer Engagement, Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), and CRM systems.
  • Experience with integration technologies (SAP CPI), API management, and data migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Drupal CMS or similar platforms, as well as the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and integration patterns.
