Job Title: Office Assistant

At DAZN, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and providing exceptional support to our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and external vendors
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including setup, coordination, and cleanup
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including janitorial services, repairs, and maintenance
  • Manage vendor relationships, including security, cleaning, and other service providers
  • Assist with the implementation of health and safety standards and protocols
  • Provide support for Town Hall meetings, events, and large office gatherings
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, local teams, neighbors, landlords, and building management companies
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain spreadsheet records
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Confidence in communicating at all levels across the organization and with external vendors
