Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Rome. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor residents' health and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meal trays and record food and fluid intake.
  • Feed residents and distribute nutritional supplements as needed.
  • Make beds and maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
  • Transport residents within the facility and assist with mobility.
  • Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a CNA program.
  • Current State Certification.
  • Good standing with State Registry.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Meet Department of Health requirements.
