We are seeking an experienced Advanced Adoption Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, aligning with both end-user requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Workflow Discovery and Design: Lead discussions to capture configuration specifications, training requirements, and identify opportunities for workflow and user experience improvements.
  2. System Configuration and Testing: Configure and test systems/clinical workflows during project implementation, following a structured process that includes requirement intake, documentation maintenance, test plan creation, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and necessary configuration amendments.
  3. Training and User Engagement: Lead training and user engagement activities, delivering demos and presentations, creating a training strategy and plan, customizing training material, providing train-the-trainer sessions, and offering end-user training and go-live support.
  4. Subject Matter Expert: Support project delivery as the Subject Matter Expert, serving as the link between Solventum and end-users.
Requirements
  1. Education: High Level Education in Medical Sciences or Education of Adults, or equivalent through experience.
  2. Experience: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health Management, or a related domain with a strong affinity for technology; or equivalent qualifications through experience.
  3. IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Healthcare Experience: Experience in Healthcare / Healthcare IT.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Knowledge: Familiarity with EMR clinical workflows, clinical documentation, and main EMR/EPR local systems.
  2. Training Experience: Experience in training clinicians (planning and delivery).
  3. Software Implementation: Experience in software implementation and change management projects.
  4. Customer-Facing Documentation: Experience in creating customer-facing product documentation, such as quick reference guides, training videos, and demo collateral.
  5. Functional Testing: Experience with functional testing and user acceptance testing.
  6. Travel: Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
  7. Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
