Job Title: Customer Support Specialist - Hospitality


At Octorate, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist - Hospitality to join our team. As a key member of our customer service task force, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to hoteliers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Communication: Respond to hotelier inquiries via phone and email, resolving problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Registration and Complaints: Follow up on registrations and complaints, working closely with the customer service team to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hoteliers, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the customer service task force team as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Extranet Verification: Verify and follow up on extranet resolution items, ensuring seamless integration with our channel manager connections.
  • Onboarding: Support new customers in onboarding our channel manager connections, providing them with the necessary training and resources.
  • Accounting Manager Tasks: Assist the accounting manager team with tasks related to customer retention and portfolio maintenance.


Requirements:



  • Experience: Previous experience in front office in OTA and/or tour operator is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian is mandatory, with additional proficiency in two or more languages, including English, Spanish, or French.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites).
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation and teamwork are essential for success in this role.


Additional Information:


This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with a lunch break. Compensation includes a competitive salary of 1100 Euro per month, plus stable hiring prospects.
