Your Responsibilities - What to Expect as Finance Manager (f/m/d):

  • As the Finance Manager (f/m/d) for one of our Italian branches, you will:
    • Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with local regulations, while managing relationships with external auditors, government bodies, and tax authorities.
    • Guarantee accurate and timely reporting of monthly and annual financial outcomes to headquarters in line with Group policies.
    • Develop and uphold robust accounting and financial policies, procedures, and processes that enhance financial and internal controls.
    • Ensure compliance with financial and administrative policies across departments, maintaining regularity in tax and corporate compliance.
    • Lead and manage employees to enable their performance, professional growth, and realization of their full potential.
    • Assist in the migration to a new ERP system (from AS to SAP).

Your Qualifications - What You Bring as Finance Manager (f/m/d):

  • With a completed commercial vocational degree, you possess relevant professional experience in accounting and finance.
  • You have a solid understanding of applicable accounting regulations and a strong grasp of tax and corporate compliance.
  • You are highly organized, meticulous, and possess strong analytical and proactive skills.
  • You demonstrate an independent and goal-oriented work ethic, with experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in current MS Office applications and SAP FI/CO is essential.
  • Previous experience with a leading audit firm is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You are capable of clear and effective communication in both Italian and English.
