Our Reward Practice aids clients in aligning their strategic business goals with their Executive Compensation, Rewards, and Incentive Systems. Reward Consultants collaborate with a diverse array of clients to design and implement reward programs tailored for their workforce, offering expert guidance on compensation philosophy, reward strategy, incentive structures, market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices. Utilizing comprehensive research and thorough analysis, Compensation Consultants provide our clients, which include both national and international publicly traded and privately held firms, with the insights, tools, and support necessary to ensure their reward programs effectively support their strategic ambitions.
As a Reward Senior Manager, you will have a significant impact, taking charge of projects, working autonomously, fostering team success, and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing client projects: preparing presentations and templates using project management tools, estimating hours for the project team, and establishing timelines for project milestones.
- Conducting regular meetings and check-ins with C-suite executives to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and guidance, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Serving as an independent project manager for complex projects or modules, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prioritizing project activities to manage workload and meet deadlines, delegating tasks based on individual capabilities and development needs.
- Drafting engagement letters outlining project steps for review by senior consultants, preparing project proposals, and responding to Requests for Proposals.
- Conducting client interviews, facilitating focus groups, and delivering training sessions.
- Preparing and reviewing client PowerPoint presentations and reports, including Excel exhibits and initial conclusions drawn from data analysis.
- Contributing to thought leadership by developing new tools and templates that can be utilized across multiple markets, ensuring that intellectual capital generated within projects is documented and accessible for future use.
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, Management, or Engineering;
- Significant experience in consulting or HR functions within medium to large organizations, focusing on Reward and Compensation;
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations;
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to manage and lead teams collaboratively;
- Track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services, particularly with C-suite executives;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing team;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Fluency in both Italian and English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
