About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Beonit, a leading technology company specializing in business talent outsourcing. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, construction, and commissioning of renewable energy projects, primarily wind and solar power.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Lead a team of project professionals, responsible for performance management, training, and development
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage project resources, processes, and systems to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients
Requirements
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction and commissioning projects
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent Italian language skills, with high value placed on English language proficiency
