Product Strategy Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate and summarize sales performance to assist in the formulation of the business plan sales strategy in collaboration with the Demand Planner. Perform regular market and SWOT assessments on the designated product category, encompassing competitor offerings, pricing structures, distribution methods, and promotional initiatives. Organize and oversee pricing strategy activities in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, including the procedural and approval follow-up, as well as the execution of pricing. Drive business growth by devising future product strategies and launching new products into the market. Collaborate closely with key customers, management, and the factory marketing/product planning teams. Create educational content and resources for the assigned product line, facilitating both internal and external training sessions. Develop and coordinate a sales strategy (by product category and distribution approach), while remaining informed about market practices and trends. Stay updated on local legal regulations and funding opportunities to integrate into the product strategy. Oversee the product lifecycle, including regular lifecycle reporting. Generate technical documentation, certifications, and technical databases, adapting centrally provided materials to fit the local market. Assist the Marketing Communications team in producing PR materials by supplying technical insights and content. Support the execution of essential marketing initiatives (e.g., sell-out/sell-in campaigns, promotions, trade exhibitions, representative meetings, catalogs, marketing materials, PR, mockups, advertising).QUALIFICATIONS
A relevant University Degree (Economics or Engineering) with a strong focus on Marketing expertise. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar business role. Proficient command of the English language. Effective application of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual techniques. Knowledge of effective project management principles. Ability to leverage technical data to provide insightful analyses that drive significant results and support management decisions. Awareness of the implications of legislation and regulations pertinent to the business. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail, innovative mindset, driven, and adaptable.BENEFITS
