DEINE AUFGABEN

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende bei technischen Fragestellungen. Du bearbeitest und verwaltest Serviceanfragen über unser Service Management System. Du löst Anfragen auf First Level. Du trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Abteilung bei. Du überwachst interne Systeme und unterstützt beim Aufbau der Wissensdatenbank.

DEIN PROFIL

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position. Du hast Freude und Interesse an der Arbeit im IT-Sektor. Du bist service- und kundenorientiert. Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Italienisch.
