Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Tecnimont. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the overall project procurement activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and managing the procurement process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan, ensuring its application throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Project Vendor List preparation, considering project requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate the procurement process, from material requisitions to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Monitor and control procurement activities, ensuring compliance with project schedule and budget allocation.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among operational centers, vendors, and stakeholders involved in the procurement process.
  • Prepare and issue project procurement reports to the Project Management Team and clients.
  • Support the Purchasing Department in applying liquidated damages to vendors and managing back-charges.
  • Manage technical and performance warranties in coordination with the Administration Department.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • High flexibility and availability for medium and long-term assignments abroad.
