Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Architecture and Store Facility to join our dynamic team in Milan. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of store openings and projects, from due-diligence to layout definition, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire process of store openings and projects, from due-diligence to layout definition, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with the regional business unit, the Global Architecture team, and Kering departments to develop and implement store renovation and new store development projects.
  • Oversee technical, time, cost, and quality control, and collaborate with local consultant teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate activities with all functions, including Product, Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Legal, Visual Merchandising, IT, and Loss Prevention, to ensure the correct development of all project aspects.
  • Coordinate activities of the Store Maintenance Team.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar position and in luxury retail.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent scheduling skills, with experience in project phasing and project rollouts.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Frequent travel required.
