We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our EMEA team at Workday Italy S.r.l. As a key player in our delivery team, you'll be responsible for leading Workday project teams and deploying our Finance / Human Resources / Procurement solution to customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams to deliver successful customer deployments and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage project scope, risks, and budgets to ensure timely and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Workday delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management teams to resolve challenges and deliver expected value to customers.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction.
- Manage project teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the best customer experience.
We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in HCM, Payroll, Financial implementations, and experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar applications. You should have excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to travel up to 50%.
Successful candidates will have a balance of functional and technical experience, with a passion for customer success and leadership abilities to empower and focus project teams on deployment objectives.
