Corporate Product Line Manager

La nostra azienda, CBA I Consulting & Recruitment, cerca un Corporate Product Line Manager per la nostra linea Finiture. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nel settore delle pitture per l'edilizia e sarà in grado di sviluppare strategie commerciali e di prodotto per raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato, volume e margini stabiliti.

Compiti e responsabilità:
  • Proporre gli obiettivi strategici e commerciali della linea di prodotti Finiture;
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo commerciale della linea Finiture;
  • Coordinare l'attività in Italia dei Product Line Specialist della linea di prodotti di competenza;
  • Supportare le Consociate estere nello sviluppo della linea;
  • Collaborare con R&D, con il diretto Responsabile e le funzioni coinvolte, al fine di assicurare la creazione, lo sviluppo e la validazione di nuovi prodotti ed il miglioramento di quelli esistenti.
Requisiti:
  • Esperienza nel ruolo maturata in realtà strutturate ed a respiro internazionale nel settore pitture per l'edilizia;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di mercati italiani ed esteri;
  • Conoscenza dei prodotti e del mercato italiano ed internazionale delle pitture per l'edilizia;
  • Abitudine a dialogare con interlocutori sia tecnici (R&D) sia commerciali;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte su territorio nazionale e internazionale.
