Job Overview

About the Role

The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in shaping and delivering HR processes, plans, and solutions that align with the company's needs and priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR business partnering, people management, and employment/labour laws.

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR business partnering or related business experience, with at least 5 years of people management responsibilities. Proficient knowledge of employment/labour laws and experience working across countries with diverse cultures and employment practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate people life cycle management for designated businesses, delivering effective and customer-focused HR operations
  • Shape, develop, and deliver HR processes, plans, and solutions in line with company needs and priorities
  • Provide support to enable business transformation, work with business leaders to spot opportunities for organizational development
  • Manage day-to-day relations with local employee representative bodies (union), labour relations if applicable, and complex cases with internal and external parties
  • Supervise and monitor Health & Safety matters, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development activities
  • Ensure efficient processing of HR administration, leverage complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze HR and business performance metrics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR business partner or related business experience, with at least 5 years of people management responsibilities
  • Proficient knowledge of employment/labour laws, experience working across countries with diverse cultures and employment practices
  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or other equivalent field
  • Fluent English, office suite, leadership attitude, and ability to work independently and with full autonomy
  • Able to perform under pressure and with demanding deadlines, strong negotiation skills
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
