Senior Product Designer

Fresenius Medical Care, a global leader in renal care, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Digital Services and Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating innovative product experiences that meet the needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver web, mobile, and touch screen experiences that support the company's overall roadmap strategy.
  • Develop user-centered design solutions to build best-in-class products that delight customers.
  • Design and execute generative and evaluative user research activities to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Human Factors Engineering team to conduct formative usability studies.
  • Create service blueprints, user journeys, mood boards, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design concepts.
  • Apply system and holistic thinking to designing across multiple products and verticals.
  • Manage client communications related to project execution.
  • Incorporate data-informed thinking into the design process.
  • Serve as a Human-Centered Design and User Experience ambassador across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design for large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Experience designing for medical devices or other complex cross-platform enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of shipping large-scale enterprise products.
  • Experience with mobile applications, native apps, and UI front-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of FDA and ISO Human Factors guidelines for medical device development.
