Key Responsibilities
  • TARGET NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
  • PROVIDE PRODUCT INFORMATION: Provide product information and explain benefits to customers to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate DEALS AND CLOSE SALES: Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS: Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE: Previous sales experience, ideally in the energy or renewable energy sector.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • AUTONOMOUS WORK STYLE: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • GOAL-ORIENTED: Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE: Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • FLUENCY IN ITALIAN: Fluency in Italian is mandatory; English is a plus.
