Key Responsibilities:


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in Italy, providing them with premium customer service and ensuring that their campaigns are running smoothly. You will work closely with our commercial team to develop campaign strategies based on data analysis and client needs, and will be responsible for ensuring that our company goals related to campaign management are met. This includes monitoring campaign margins and scale, responding to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and providing regular campaign status reports to our clients.



Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of digital advertising and experience working in adtech, advertiser or agency (online area) both on performance and awareness campaigns. You will also need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in Italian and have an advanced command of English (C1 level).
