Key Responsibilities- Execute and deliver assigned HR services in compliance with standard operating procedures and Service Level Agreements.
- Support employee queries and the HR community through ticketing tools.
- Recommend enhancements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures based on customer feedback and experience.
- Perform data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR services.
- Maintain high data quality and accuracy in systems, providing on-demand reports where required.
- Support the team on ad hoc activities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Interest in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
- Microsoft Office and SAP skills (preferable).
- Fluent business English.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Analytical skills and good attention to details.
- A customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a 'can do' attitude.
