Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious Technical Sales Engineer to propel the growth of our Nuvonix by Rebound franchise division. This role involves leveraging technical expertise and strategic sales skills to build relationships, drive revenue, and revolutionize the electronic components industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Meet revenue and margin goals in key customer accounts through strategic sales efforts.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with diverse customers to secure high-value design-led projects.
- Collaborate with Customer Teams: Work with customer engineering and component teams to specify, design, and drive demand for franchise products.
- Sales Operations: Identify potential leads, plan sales calls, build relationships, compile quotations, and manage sales opportunities from design to order fulfillment.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and business challenges to recommend suitable product technologies and services.
- Communication: Effectively communicate technical and commercial information to customers.
- Progress Tracking: Conduct regular business reviews with Rebound Franchise and customers to track activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Electronics or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronic components technology.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Proficiency in verbal and written English; additional Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Business Acumen: Strategic selling approach and strong business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Personal Qualities: Open-minded, flexible, energetic, and a continuous learner.
What We Offer: Competitive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
