Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HVACR Sales Representative to join our team in Centro-Sud Italia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing York chillers sales activities within the assigned area, with the objective of maximizing sales in terms of volume, turnover, and margin, increasing commercial penetration, and developing assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Agents and work with them to ensure they have full technical and commercial support and promote sales
  • Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for individual Sales Agents and for the area
  • Monitor Sales Agents' performances and motivate them to reach targets
  • Target opportunities within our HVAC sector that translate into profitable growth
  • Develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the York brand across the area
  • Achieve the target for sales in the assigned area
  • Deal directly with major customers within the assigned area
  • Develop long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users
  • Understand customer base needs and work to align them with JCI products and services
  • Seek for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment in the assigned area
  • Partner with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influence on specifications (end-users, consulting engineers), and manage pricing (contractors)
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Report sales figures
  • Grow and update regularly the pipeline
  • Report punctually to his manager

Requirements
  • Previous experience within the HVAC industry with a special focus on chillers applications
  • Sales experience within the chiller market and a proven track record
  • Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience
  • High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities
  • Strong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environment
  • Excellency in verbal and written communication skills
