- Manage sales activities within assigned areas, focusing on maximizing sales volume, turnover, and margin.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase commercial penetration and grow assigned markets.
- Work with sales agents to ensure they have the necessary technical and commercial support to drive sales.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on chillers applications.
- Proven sales experience within the chiller market and a strong track record of driving business growth.
- Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
