Department Head for Luxury Fashion

As a Department Manager at Versace, you will be responsible for driving business results through the continuous development of your assigned team. This involves managing the relevant department in terms of image, product, and operations. You will also be expected to coordinate the team to deliver the Versace experience to our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:
- Analyze the business and propose action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Support the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in driving business results
- Constantly review sales and KPIs performance
Team Management:
- Support the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in following up with team members on their objectives
- Contribute to creating a dynamic environment and enhance team spirit
- Coordinate and ensure staff follow company guidelines
Client Management:
- Ensure superior customer service standards
- Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with Versace clients
Category Management:
- Collaborate in reaching an effective organization of the stock room
- Assure optimum shrinkage results and maintain consistent accuracy in inventory levels
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business
- 1-3 years of experience in retail management, with luxury experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Good team management skills and ability to develop people personally and professionally
- Confidence, organization skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
