ICT Service Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled ICT Service Coordinator to join our team in Milan. As an ICT Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating technical support services, defining and implementing IT service management tools, and monitoring the performance of vendors to achieve business objectives.

About the role

The ICT Service Coordinator will be part of the Infrastructure function and will work closely with the Demand&Delivery Management team to ensure the delivery of IT services to the business. The role will involve:

  • Coordinating technical support services, including onsite and remote support;
  • Defining, analyzing, and implementing IT service management tools;
  • Monitoring the performance of vendors to achieve business objectives;
  • Producing and maintaining documentation to support the operation of the help desk and onsite support;
  • Gestione dei progetti per le attività che non fanno parte del servizio ordinario;
  • Coordinating the vendor in the resolution of problems and analysis of the root cause;
  • Gestione e coordinamento dei piani di miglioramento continuo;

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Buona conoscenza dei processi ITSM (meglio se presente certificazione ITIL);
  • Buona conoscenza tecnica in ambito workplace e modern work;
  • Conoscenza di ServiceNow o altri strumenti ITSM;
  • Conoscenza della suite MS Office e dei principali strumenti di collaboration;
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Mobile Device Management (airwatch, intune, etc) e print management;
  • Conoscenza ed esperienza in abito audio e video device;
  • Conoscenza ed esperienza di soluzioni di Virtual Desktop Management;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Orientamento al cliente;
  • Approccio collaborativo con i colleghi e con i fornitori;
  • Propensione al team working e alla condivisione di informazioni;
  • Otte capacità di pianificazione ed organizzazione;
  • Buone capacità comunicative;
  • Focus sugli obiettivi;
  • Capacità nel problem solving;
