About the Role

This role reports to the Scrum Master Chapter Leader Italy and requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. You will lead teams in implementing and leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor teams to achieve valuable outcomes, identifying areas for continuous improvement
  • Foster positive team dynamics, promoting collaboration and effective communication within and across teams
  • Model Agile empowering behavior, supporting the organization's transformation to a new way of working
  • Leverage effective alliances across teams and communities to drive business results
  • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the individual team and organization
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with a proven track record of applying them effectively
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Innovative thinking to solve problems and drive results
  • Risk management and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, with ease of communication

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
