System Engineer - Freelance
La risorsa si occuperà:

  • Utilizzare software di produttività per ufficio (Ms Office, OpenOffice, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting e utilizzo di strumenti di analisi di sistema e/o strumenti di monitoraggio
  • Configurare e gestire servizi in ambiente Windows e Linux
  • Realizzare procedure automatizzate

Caratteristiche richieste:
  • Conoscenza delle piattaforme di Containerizzazione (Openshift/Kubernetes) con particolare riferimento a VMWare Tanzu
  • Capacità di installazione e gestione di sistemi di virtualizzazione VMWare e componenti correlati (es. NSX, VRA, VSan) o conoscenza di medio livello delle stesse
  • Capacità di configurazione e gestione servizi in ambiente Windows e Linux (accesso remoto ai sistemi; servizi di rete in configurazione multihomed; Servizi Web basati su tecnologie Apache, NGinx e Tomcat; conoscenze per la gestione dei domini AD)
  • Conoscenza delle ITIL foundation e esperienza di lavoro secondo tale modello con l'utilizzo di piattaforme di Trouble Ticketing
  • Capacità di realizzare procedure automatizzate tramite l'utilizzo di shell scripting (bash, PowerShell)
  • Gradita la conoscenza di strumenti quali Cobbler e Ansible o altri strumenti di automazione
