Job Title: Technical Project Engineer

RWE Renewables Italia S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of onshore wind, solar PV, and hybrid projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Italian Development, Construction, and Operations departments to ensure engineering delivery meets the needs of a rapidly growing portfolio.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to optimize project performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure the highest level of environmental, health, and safety standards are incorporated in all design aspects.
Requirements:
  • University degree in electrical, civil, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • Several years of experience in project engineering disciplines in renewables.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to solve complex technical issues.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (speaking and writing).
Leadership Skills:
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
