About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking general repairs and maintenance tasks as required.

  • Provide induction and supervision to external contractors;
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs for each property;
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules.

Successful applicants will have previous hands-on building maintenance experience, an excellent work ethic, and proven ability to work unsupervised.
