Transform the Market - Battery Solutions Innovator

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Battery Solutions portfolio and drive our global battery strategy. As the Product Manager for Battery Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global battery strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands and corporate sustainability goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Global Strategy Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of a global battery strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market demands and corporate sustainability goals.
  2. Market and Customer Insight Analysis: Gather market research and customer insights to identify pain points, collaborating with the Product Management team to translate these into innovative solutions, features, and benefits.
  3. Portfolio and Innovation Management: Rationalize and enhance a world-class battery solutions portfolio, leading the lifecycle management from concept to market launch and phase-out.
  4. Sales and Marketing Support: Provide product expertise and training to Sales and Marketing teams, aiding in the preparation of technical documentation and marketing materials to effectively communicate value propositions.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in key development projects across different product groups, ensuring battery technologies are effectively integrated and aligned with overall product strategies.
About the Role

You will be based at our Global Headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark, and report to the Head of Product Portfolio Management. The overall Product Management team consists of 40 colleagues around the world, working closely together across teams and functions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
