The Global Product Marketing Launch Strategist plays a pivotal role within the Global Product Marketing team, focusing on the execution of comprehensive marketing communication strategies for product launches. This position is integral to the product launch process, ensuring the creation of engaging, value-driven marketing content and the selection of appropriate communication channels.

In collaboration with various teams, including commercial, product management, and insights, the Global Product Marketing Launch Strategist will analyze launch KPIs, product advantages, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective global marketing communication strategies and plans tailored for new product launches, incorporating regional considerations.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to establish launch plans, set KPIs, and oversee both global and regional product launches.
  • Work alongside internal and external creative partners to develop compelling product content.
  • Transform technical specifications into clear benefits, enhancing product messaging to differentiate new offerings in the marketplace.
  • Craft persuasive messaging across various marketing channels, including landing pages and advertising campaigns, in partnership with the insights team and regional marketing teams.
  • Facilitate the communication of new product vision and value to the sales team, creating tools that streamline the sales process.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in crafting product marketing strategies aimed at expanding market share and boosting end-user demand.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across various departments and levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic plans and tactical actions.
  • Passion for the industry and a high degree of customer focus.
