Global Partnership Development Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Coordinator - Global Partnerships. This role will focus on identifying and building strategic partnerships with key organizations in the US, Canada, and Europe.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partners, developing new partnership opportunities, and creating engaging content to promote our brand across various channels.

In this role, you will analyze data to inform your partnership strategies, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive business growth. You will also research and develop campaigns to drive traffic, improve customer engagement, and increase sales.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Japanese is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Create engaging content to promote our brand across various channels
  • Analyze data to inform partnership strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop solutions to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Research and develop campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS overall score 6.5+)
  • Knowledge of Japanese (desired)
  • At least 1 year of experience in partnership development
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation and familiarity with communication channels
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and eCommerce
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
