Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Anantara. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for undertaking general repairs and maintenance, providing supervision, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner;
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors, ensuring they are aware of our company's policies and procedures;
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems;
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience, preferably in a similar role or industry;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards are met;
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised, with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders.
