Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of all hotel areas to the highest standards, ensuring a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Work closely with colleagues to control costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
  • Ensure adherence to all legislation and best practice activities, documenting and performing follow-up as required.
Requirements
