Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Insight & Analytics Specialist to join our Business Insight & Advanced Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting data analysis, reporting, and visualization to uncover insights and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain campaign lists to support marketing strategies
  • Prepare and upload templates in Veeva to track customer behavior and adoption
  • Automate market definition and Relevant Markets reporting
  • Develop reports on channel dynamics to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data processing and digital innovation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Python, Tableau, or SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Italian

This is a 6-month internship opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Customer Insight & Analytics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the development of business-critical insights.
