Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates eager to impact the professional journeys of numerous individuals through a rewarding internship within our Wealth Management division located in Rome.

What to Anticipate:

Our organization presents numerous stimulating opportunities for Junior Analysts in Investment Advisory. As an Analyst, you will collaborate with our team to assist Institutional Investors in various tasks, including asset allocation, manager selection, formulating and executing investment strategies, risk management, and integrating ESG considerations.

As an intern at Marsh McLennan, you will support the Wealth Management team in all tasks related to the computation, analysis, and oversight of investment data, as well as liaising with investment managers and our clients, performing analyses under guidance;

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Working within our Investment Consulting division, you will have the chance to:

Conduct calculations on investment data provided by clients, ensuring the accuracy of reports Engage with investment managers for in-depth discussions on specific investment lines Generate financial reports utilizing Marsh McLennan tools for analysis and modeling Participate in a team that aids clients in selecting investment managers Assist in delivering routine inquiries for clients, investment managers, and third parties Contribute to the preparation of high-quality working documents (such as proposals, reports, and manuals) in a timely manner Aid in the creation of presentations for clients

Required Qualifications:

A master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities A keen interest in the Financial Services sector, particularly in collaboration with banking and insurance clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); Fluency in both Italian and English;
