Position Overview:

Marsh McLennan Companies is a leading global consulting firm dedicated to assisting clients in transforming their workforce, enhancing retirement and investment results, and promoting overall health and well-being for their employees.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates who are eager to impact the careers of many individuals by joining our Wealth Management division through a rewarding internship opportunity in Rome.

What to Expect:

As an intern, you will have the chance to engage in various stimulating roles as a Junior Analyst in Investment Consulting. The Analyst will collaborate with our team to support Institutional Investors in several key areas: asset allocation, manager selection, development and execution of investment strategies, risk management, and the integration of ESG principles.

In your role as a Marsh McLennan Intern, you will assist the Wealth Management team with tasks related to the calculation, analysis, and monitoring of investment data, as well as liaising with investment managers and our clients, performing analyses under guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

By joining our Investment Consulting Team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct calculations on investment data provided by clients and verify reports.
  • Engage with investment managers for in-depth discussions on specific investment lines.
  • Prepare financial reports utilizing Marsh McLennan's analytical and modeling tools.
  • Participate in a team that aids clients in selecting investment managers.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of routine inquiries for clients, investment managers, and third parties.
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality working documents, including proposals, reports, and manuals.
  • Help prepare presentations for client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • A keen interest in the Financial Services sector, particularly in banking and insurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
