**Job Summary**

Within the Abbott International division, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in developing and launching new products, as well as coordinating marketing cross-functional projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Support the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing**: Assist in scouting and launching new products in the market, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • **Project Planning and Coordination**: Develop schedules for project completion, allocating resources effectively and ensuring timely delivery.
  • **Project Tracking and Monitoring**: Ensure project plans and timings are updated and closely followed by all stakeholders, tracking time and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • **Communication and Reporting**: Provide regular communication of progress and metrics to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • **Marketing Materials Development**: Support Brand Managers in working with external agencies to create marketing communication materials for identified projects.
  • **ROI Evaluation**: Support the Brand Managers in evaluating the return on investment (ROI) of major projects and initiatives.
  • **Compliance and Governance**: Act in full coherence with local laws, ensuring integration of all legal and regulatory requirements, compliance with Abbott policies, and proactive respect for legal and organizational excellence (OEC) procedures.
  • **Education and Experience**: University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or STEM disciplines. Project management experience is preferred.
  • **Skills and Competencies**: Proven skills in prioritization and execution, fluent in English, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
