Account Partner Director Role Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as an Account Partner Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in designated accounts, while building lasting relationships with C-level executives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise clients' needs, as well as strong business acumen and sales management expertise. This individual will be expected to develop and execute strategic plans to sell the full portfolio of Success Cloud offerings.

Main Responsibilities and Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans that align with business goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Drive pipeline generation and delivery of sales presentations to C-level clients
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account management

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of consultative sales experience with consistently exceeding quota
  • 5+ years of experience selling and/or delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm or large scale system integrator
  • C-level relationship building and maintenance skills
  • Proven track record of growing accounts with large and complex pursuits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
