Il nostro Cliente è un'importante realtà del settore brokeraggio. Per loro stiamo ricercando un:
**Specialista di Sviluppo Commerciale per l'Assicurazione** La risorsa, riporterà direttamente alla proprietà e gestirà l'area Centro-Nord.
Si occuperà dello sviluppo commerciale di due società del gruppo e si occuperà della promozione di prodotti e di servizi volti a soddisfare a gradi le necessità assicurative del cliente.
Si occuperà di:
* Identificare e pianificare le migliori azioni commerciali al fine di garantire lo sviluppo del Business;
* Acquisire nuovi clienti (intermediari) e sviluppare e fidelizzare i partner già affiliati;
* Analizzare il mercato e i competitors e ideare nuove strategie di sviluppo;
* Pianificare la propria agenda e gli incontri con i clienti;
* Promuovere e sviluppare le sinergie tra le due società in particolare per quanto riguarda la distribuzione del tool informatico sviluppata da quest'ultima e dei progetti comuni tra le due società;
* Promuovere in maniera sistemica le relazioni tra le nostre due società Clienti e le altre società del Gruppo in modo da mettere maggiormente a frutto le sinergie intercompany.
Requisiti:
* Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
* Laurea in economia/giurisprudenza o affini;
* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo: empatia, buone doti di analisi e organizzative.
Si offre: contratto di dipendenza direttamente con l'azienda con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza effettivamente maturata.
