UX Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven UX Specialist to join our User Experience team at Dentsu Creative in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and developing user-centric experiences, following best practices and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design-driven business solutions, embracing challenges and innovative thinking.
  • Conduct user research and analyze customer needs, goals, and pain points to inform design decisions.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, and navigable prototypes based on UX specifications.
  • Participate in workshops and strategic collaboration activities with users and customers.
  • Promote collaborative work practices and contribute to improving quality and efficiency through teamwork.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in UX design.
  • Contribute to data-driven insights to validate design solutions and improve user experiences.
  • Support the final UX quality of projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of UX experience with a portfolio of UX-focused work samples.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with service design and design thinking principles and practices.
  • Experience working with lean methodology is a plus.
  • A growth mindset for both personal and professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Art Directors, and Developers.
  • Basic understanding of data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
