Responsibilities
  • Design outstanding user experiences, impacting the success of our products through flawless UI and UX designs, from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Take a human-first approach to designing products, ensuring they delight users by being effective and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Use prototyping tools to ensure designs are intuitive and explore new, innovative ways of designing interactions.
  • Work closely with product managers and software engineers to propose new features and improve the quality of mobile and desktop apps.
  • Focus on user testing and research to ensure customers are at the core of our product designs.
  • Find efficient trade-offs between high-value solutions for users and implementation complexity with engineers.
  • Evaluate the impact of designs using usage data and apply learnings to the next iterations.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently met across all materials.
Requirements
  • Reasoning ability: Solve complex problems, think from first principles, and structure ideas sharply.
  • Drive: Be extremely ambitious, take initiative, and hold yourself to a high bar.
