About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Representative to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Southern Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in the region
  • Develop and execute territory key account plans to achieve sales and activity targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and therapy areas, and provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team, customer service, marketing, and general management to achieve business objectives
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and codes of conduct

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales positions in Vitro Diagnostic or Medical Device or healthcare market
  • Strategic selling skills and ability to use scientific and medical speech
  • Results-oriented and strong social skills
  • Ability to assimilate information to garner support for resources, change, etc.
  • Italian and English: professional competence
