Job Description:

Solventum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Ortho market. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales through commercial activities, and achieving sales quotas and specific sales KPIs.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships in the assigned geography for Ortho products
  • Develop sales through commercial activities, relationships with customers, individual or team product presentations/demonstrations through customer visits
  • Responsible for achieving sales quotas and specific sales KPIs (number of open and closed won opportunities, number of touchpoints)
  • Execute marketing campaigns and undertake the lead qualification process
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the Ortho market, competitors, products, to provide solutions-based approach, to be competitive and able to develop customers strategically
  • Build a positive picture of Solventum products among current and potential customers
  • Leverage new market opportunities
  • Proactive cooperation with clinical specialists, marketing teams, and distributors/channels
  • Daily use of CRM, including reporting of activities
Requirements:
  • University education (bachelor's or master's degree) is preferable
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales (knowledge of Orthodontic market is an advantage)
  • Understanding of sales process and knowledge of selling techniques
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Salesforce.com
  • Digital savvy to be able to work with digital products of the future
  • Good English knowledge
