Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Oncology Consulting team at IQVIA. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects and solutions to our clients in the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of proposals and solutions for clients, ensuring profitability and high client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, including Analysts and Consultants.
- Develop detailed documentation and specifications for client projects.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and develop solutions.
- Design and deliver client reports and presentations that meet the needs of the audience.
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow-on work with clients.
- Provide follow-up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through on-the-job experience and training opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in consulting and/or the life sciences industry.
- Strong project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish team goals.
- Experience developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of Oncology and/or Hematology Therapeutic Area/markets and experience with launch readiness programs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
