About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Protection Specialist to join our team at Corsearch. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their intellectual property rights are protected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Work closely with Client Managers to deliver high-quality services to our clients, utilizing our advanced technology to support your work.
  • Brand Protection: Collaborate with various brand owners to create a safe online environment, free from intellectual property infringements.
  • Counterfeit Enforcement: Identify and enforce intellectual property infringements, including counterfeits, copyright, trademark, and design infringement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain close relationships with clients, platforms, hosts, registrars, and other third parties to improve efficiency in dealing with takedown requests.
  • Investigations: Conduct in-depth investigations to identify key offenders and develop strategies to prevent future infringements.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Client Managers to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our clients.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic technology skills, including browser knowledge.
  • Intellectual Property Knowledge: Previous knowledge of brand protection or intellectual property is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take on a high degree of responsibility.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
