The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as an Account Manager IP&E. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components for IP&E products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Grow and develop business within an assigned customer base, expanding IP&E share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend.
  2. Identify critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships and ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
  3. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
  4. Maintain and promote relationships with IP&E supplier contacts responsible for business opportunities.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
  6. Develop strategic account plans for all assigned accounts.
  7. Maintain an acceptable knowledge of our competitors and the marketplace.

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in the Electronics industry.
  3. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  5. Fluency in both Italian and English language.
  6. Knowledge of IP&E (Interconnect, Passives, & Electromechanical) Products.
