Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at adidas in Venice, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, building relationships with customers, and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience: Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Skills: Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Age: Must be 16 years of age or older.
