Job Profile
The IT Risk and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all IT operations within Nestlé comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes evaluating unit IT risk and compliance with internal and external policies, standards, and regulations, as well as assessing risks associated with each product.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate unit IT risk and compliance with internal and external policies, standards, and regulations.
- Assess risks associated with each product.
- Collaborate with Security & Compliance Stream, corporate counsel, and HR departments to monitor enforcement of policies, standards, and regulations.
- Develop and oversee IT controls and IT risk management systems to prevent or deal with IT control violations.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in a combination of risk management, compliance, information security, and IS/IT jobs.
- Undergraduate degree preferable in computer science, law, IS/IT security, or related fields.
- Experience in developing and submitting IT audit, risk, and compliance reports.
- Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Demonstrated ability to apply IT-related knowledge and experience in solving compliance issues.
- Demonstrated understanding of cloud services, data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
- Knowledge of emerging AI regulations and key governance, risk management, and other existing regulations such as GDPR, Data Act, etc.
- Risk, Security, and Compliance certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CSX), Lead Implementor or Auditor ISO/IEC 27001.
