Job Description

The Retail Planning Manager plays a vital role in optimizing sales performance and ensuring the right level of stock at the right time. This individual will master key indicators to manage and anticipate business needs, collaborating closely with Retail Merchandisers to steer performance by Métier and by Store.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Business Monitoring & Reporting

    • Set up reporting by store and explain the results.

    • Bristle about trends by store and product category with Retail Merchandisers;

      Carry out ad hoc studies to explain performance and help steer the subsidiary;

      Report on omnichannel Click In store sales;

      E nsure the right stock at the right time

      • Set up a delivery tracking tool to ensure that stock is received at the right time and identify blocking points.

      • Report & anticipate needs to Customer Service;

        Identify stock consolidation opportunities between stores to optimize sales;

        Liaise with the operations team to ensure correct delivery of stock.
