Descrizione del Lavoro

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione della clientela retail fornendo supporto a livello informativo e dispositivo, attraverso applicativi specifici, delle richieste che pervengono tramite il canale telefonico:

• Verifica espletamento degli obblighi di legge di adeguata verifica della clientela (aggiornamento anagrafico)
• Gestione dei codici di sicurezza che permettono l'accesso ai servizi bancari (rinnovo, verifiche ricezione)
• Disposizione delle principali operazioni di cassa (es. bonifici, bollettini, etc.)
• Fornire informazioni in merito a prodotti sottoscritti dal cliente
• Inserimento richiesta di strumenti di pagamento (carnet di assegni, carte)
• Supporto tecnico per accesso ai canali self della banca (sito e app)

La risorsa inoltre si interfaccerà con gli uffici di sede (ufficio titoli, ufficio fondi e polizze, ufficio mutui):

• Apertura di istanze di verifica
• Trasferimento telefonico per le operazioni di competenza degli operatori specializzati

Benefici

Si offre:

• Formazione in presenza della durata di 3 settimane
• Contratto in somministrazione iniziale di 6 mesi, con possibilità di stabilizzazione
• Retribuzione lorda mensile: CCNL 3° LIVELLO TELECOMUNICAZIONI (1.622,26 euro / full time)
• Monte ore: 20h settimanali
• ORARI: lun - ven: 8:00 - 22:00 | sab: 9:00 - 18:00

Requisiti

La/il candidata/o ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

• Diploma/laurea
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (spec. Excel)
• Pregressa esperienza/conoscenza del settore bancario
• Pregressa esperienza di back office
